Social Committee
The Social Committee has been working in the parish for approx 14 years. It's role in the early years was to organise the xmas parties for the young and senior citizens of the parish.
In its present form it consists of 7 members. Their role is to organise fund raising events to cover the cost of the xmas celebrations. Which they arrange with help from other members of the parish. More recently they have catered for funeral teas.
Meetings of the committee usually take place every couple of months and are held in the chapel house.
New members are always welcome.
